Shipping Locations

Ocean Blue Travels offers shipping services across Australia and New Zealand, covering major cities, regions, and select APO/FPO addresses.

For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM (AST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AST) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
  • In case of delays beyond our standard timeframes, we will notify you via email or website updates.

Public Holidays & Shipping Delays

Orders placed on business days may experience a 24-hour delay if they coincide with public holidays. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
