At Ocean Blue Travels, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • You have the right to cancel your membership within 15 business days from the date of signup.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must send a clear cancellation request via email to help@oceanbluetravels.com.au.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during signup, and no additional fees will be charged for processing.

Rules & Regulations

  • If you purchased a membership during a promotional period, only the promotional amount will be refunded, not the full membership fee.
  • If a gift card was used to purchase the membership, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card of the same value.

Ocean Blue Travels follows the guidelines set by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and New Zealand Securities Commission (NZSC) to ensure transparency and compliance with consumer protection laws.
